“I filed a request for price match because I purchased an item on their website. Within 24hours I received an offer from Titan through Ebay for a price $30 lower prior to my item being shipped. They did not honor the price match because they claimed their Ebay business was not the same. Bottom line, the price match policy is bogus. I will pay more to avoid this dishonest company.”

“Great quality build for the pallet fork atachment. My tractor skid steer pins did not fit correctly (not to be interpretted that the Titan pallet fork attachment was assembled incorrectly - it is the measurements on my tractor that is off), where only one pin would lock in the slotted holes provided on the attachment. I sent an email to Titan to ask about it and included pictures and measurements. Having a machinist background, I suggested a fix I could make to the attachment and sent to Titan for assitance. One of their engineers answered my email promptly and said my pictures along with my measurments was very helpful in determining where the mis-match was. He concurred with my suggestion for the modification of the attachment and said it would not impact the warranty on my attachment. Five stars for their support staff and quick response!”
“Honestly this was the worst experience I have ever had. My shipment was sent in 3 pieces. One piece showed up but 2 were lost. They provided zero help and told me since I paid for the extra insurance, that they push during checkout, I had to contact Route for a remedy. I have purchased a bunch of attachments for multiple pieces of equipment and I recommend working with a different company. I’m a month in and still no resolution on anything.”

“Seems ok. You can tell the welds are Chinese. I wished it was about a fork narrower on each side but it’s the only size offered. Then I saw John Deere offers one the size I wanted for about the same money. O well. This will work fine for me. Third thing I’ve bought from titan and I’ve had good luck so far.”

“I bought the pallet forks and 3point weight box to move a wood stove into my house. It lifted the stove up great and there was no tippieness feeling in the tractor. I got the new stove in and the old franklin stove out. The forks can remove for bail spears or a trailer hitch to attach to. Saved me a lot of headache on how to get the stove in the house.”

“Titan attachments does offer some pretty affordable attachments but buyers beware. I’ve bought multiple attachments from them and after just a couple of uses needed to rebuild a hydraulic piston on my grapple bucket. Simple procedure, just needed some product support to find a seal kit. These are typically $30-$50 depending on the cylinder. Well, Titan refused to provide a manufacturer, or part number for the piston used on my unit. Instead, the only help they would offer is to send me a link to a new $400 replacement piston. That said, if you buy from Titan understand that there is no fixing this stuff, and zero support. You will have to buy it a second time. Spend the money and buy a quality attachment somewhere else, you’ll save in the long run.”
