“Shipped product lose with no protection. Arrived damaged and after many emails and phone conversations and being hung up on or disconnected they refused to return item and issue a new one.”

“Well built, sturdy, but the stabilizer spears need to be at least a foot longer than they are. Bales roll after pickup just the same as cheaper built attachments available locally. Unfortunate, because QUALITY of this spear far exceeds competitors. If stabilizer spears were longer, would be an easy 4 or 5 stars.”

“Showed up in 3 deliveries, but right on time. The quality was way better than I expected for the price. Hooked right up to my Bobcat S300. Very pleased with the palette forks.”

“I can’t rate it because it is not here yet I can rate the shipping tho. This was one order from Tatan and showed up at the freight forwarder in three different shipments. One fork. Then another fork. Then the rack. Because the barge only ships once a week I got two forks so far and still no rack. There was no hi t that this order would be shipped on 3 separate fedex deliveries.”

“My front hoe attachment appears to be everything it was advertised to be. It was fairly easy to unpackage and assemble and worked well when I tested it. The one complaint I had was in the assembly of the thumb attachment I bought with the hoe. There were no instructions regarding how it mounts onto the hoe and I couldn't find instructions on the website.”

“The quality of the hay spear attachment is fantastic, and it works much better than the spear that attaches to a bucket. Customer service was also great when I called to check on the backorder. It shipped two weeks earlier than expected.”

“The pallet forks are well built and of good quality. I really like the built in receiver hitch! That feature comes in handy. I have a 2200 lbs lift capacity at the pins, so 4000 lbs forks is a little over kill for me but that's ok. I had to modify the skid steer quick attachment however, the slots where the locking pins drop were about 1/8 inch too wide. The pins would not drop in and lock. I hit the inboard sideof both pin slots with a die grinder and solved the problem.”
