“Very pleased with my pallet forks. Ordering was easy and it shipped in a timely manner. I do have a problem with the shipping and delivery from Fed Ex. The driver was rude, he just tossed the forks out of the back of the van and damaged my driveway. When I confronted him he blamed me for ordering something so heavy. You need to use a different company for delivery because I won't buy again unless there is a difference option.”

It’s now been 10 days and no response from customer BUT literally 22 emails from them with “deals”.

In comparing the Titan set, it appeared they were a better quality and less of a cost. I went ahead and returned the local set and bought the Titan set. “I purchased Titan's subsoiler with the optional pipe layer attachment. It works really well for ripping subsoil even on an L series Kubota!
The problem we had with it is that although it says it's a category 1 rated attachment the pins they use for the side attachment on the 3-point hitch are not category 1 in size. Thankfully the pins are "bolt in" style, but we actually had to drill out the hole to 7/8" to fit a true category 1 pin after BOTH of the OE pins bent to the point of breaking. After we replaced them, we had no further issues with it and it allowed me to install a 1-1/2" water line for the house I'm building.
So my only suggestion to Titan would be to just put a true full diameter 7/8" pin with a non-threaded shoulder on it from factory.”

“Should have paid more and bought locally. If you like dealing with call centers in Asia, Titan delivery staff who can never be reached by phone/email and local delivery agents who loose phone service for a week, add on fees after purchase to deliver then this is the company for you. Took a week of phone calls, multiple calls per day to get this delivered. Titan doesn’t reply to the call center so you are left in limbo. Don’t waste your time.”

“I purchased a Titan Pro PTO Driven Stump Grinder. I've not been able to even use it because I'm now on the 3rd hydraulic controller and it does not work either. I called Titan and, of course I was connected with someone who barely spoke English, and he was absolutely no help whatsoever. Titan sent me an email asking me to leave a review and I did, and I still have not been contacted by anyone else at Titan to help resolve the issues. I will never buy from Titan again!”
