“My Titan 122202 3pt backhoe arrived as promised and was very well packaged. I would have liked to have seen torque specifications on fasteners. It would seem that the manufacturer did not torque any fasteners so, as a result, the keeper for the bucket pin fell off on the first use. I got some brain damage figuring out how to power the unit with the 'power beyond' line of my loader valve. An explanation in the manual would have been helpful. The stabilizing chains depicted in the assembly manual were not shipped. The minimum hydraulic flow rate was not translated to GPM properly in the manual. It showed 28LPM/106GPM. 28 liters is equivalent to 7.4 gallons. My tractor supplies 26LPM/6.8GPM which is more than adequate. Other than the fact that the controls are ISO and I am more familiar with SAE controls, the learning curve is short. The boom down needs to be choked off a little as it is very sensitive. I would recommend that a hard bracket be installed to take the weight off of the 3-point hitch. I may fabricate some brackets to eliminate hanging this very heavy unit on the 3-point. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.”

“Love this item! I had bucket mounted forks prior to this but was unable to see the fork tips causing damages to my bags of concrete mix on a regular basis. This fork attachment has solved this issue and makes it easier to see the ends of my forks resulting in no damage!!!”

“Don't expect to get any service on Titan products. I have been trying to obtain a simple jaw pin for a 6 ft grapple for over 6 months. Answer is always call back in 4-6 weeks. Their customer service model is simply not support their products. While my grapple worked well at first, I would advise against any purchase of a new product.”

“Fast delivery! I was expecting the 5-7 days that they tell you, so I was surprised when it came 2 days later. It even beat their email updates! We were surprsed that it didn't come in a box though. It was scuffed up somewhat, but nothing to worry about. Excellent service!”

“In the end I did not receive the product I paid for. I entered the correct shipping address but your website did not accept my address and promtped me to correct the address. This resulted in accidental entry of a similar address in a different city and state. My call to the company to try to correct this resulted in an "its not our problem" response. Later, after contacting UPS and a resulting conference call, a new call tag was issued but the people who received the package refused to respond, so the package was not recovered. Though I do appreciate that some effort was eventually made to resolve the issue, in the end I spent money for a product I did not receive. Thus I am not exactly happy with this transaction.”

“My order has not completely arrived! I am still waiting for my Pallet forks they have been missing and lost in shipment. So far my experience with your shipping company has been very frustrating the least. I’m hoping that I receive the rest of my shipment soon.”
