“I ordered a quick attach pallet fork attachment. Because so many ordered items are delayed because of shortages, I called to verify that the purchase would not be back-ordered. I was told that the attachment would be shipped within twenty-four hours after placing my order and that I would receive the attachment within a week. The ordering process was quick and easy. The two forks arrived in a few days. There was confusion related to the order because Titan never sent any type of details regarding the shipping process (shipping each part separately). When I called them a week later to find out if the quick attach frame had been lost, I was told that it was being shipped from a different warehouse and should arrive in a few days. After the second week and not receiving the frame, I called to ask why. I was told that it was waiting to be picked up by the carrier and the agent told me that they would expedite the order. After a third week passed, I called again and the agent apologized and stated that the frame had been picked up by the carrier but could not provide any other details as to when it would arrive. After I explained that when I placed the order, the salesman stated that I would receive the attachment within a week, the agent told me that they would place a new order for the quick attach frame and not hve me wait for them to figure out what had happened to the original frame. After this call, I received the frame within two days. About two hours after receiving the frame, I received an email notification that the original frame had been picked up by the carrier. I called Titan to notify them regarding the potential of delivering a duplicate frame and the agent took care of it so that it was not delivered. I have to say that Titan's customer service was always friendly and helpful, but the shipping process needs some work. FYI: The forks are great!”

“Great quality, very well made. Will be perfect for moving my trailer around when I mow with my tractor. Only wish the shipping box was a little stronger. It was beat up pretty good but the attachment had no damage luckily.”

“Each of three items was a separate shipment...confusing. Two items delivered together, and one item was delayed by 2 days. However I received a note from FedEx that all three were delivered together. I called FedEx and they explained to me how this was three separate shipments. Would have been nice if Titan told me of the separate shipments from the beginning. The item is well made and we will use it a lot.”

“I do have a few technical questions if someone could reach out to me I would appreciate it. Larry Wingate @ (585) 474-6529 I was under the assumption that it came with a hose hanger & greaseable pivot pins, not bolts. Also 3 of the four points of pivot are welded onto the back tube at an angle of around 15 degrees where only one is perpendicular. Have not got it installed to the point of being able to use it yet.”

“Would be helpful if some guidance could be provided relative to positioning the grapple onto the loader bucket. I have had to move it and redrill three times. An Autocad drawing would do the trick too.”

“Titan Attachments 3-point trimmer mower for trimming along fence lines, while assembling I discovered that it is NOT COMPATIBLE with there 3 point quick hitch. I will be doing a more of a review at a later date as we are under a fire weather watch right now and I have not been able to use this yet as there was a problem with the delivery!”

“The attachment is heavy duty and looks real good the packing could be better . it got delayed in shipping due to shipping label not readable and upon arrival The Box was all tore up and I was missing a couple of the nuts for bolting attachment on otherwise looks great.”

“I finally got the bolt I needed to complete my March order. After almost 80 emails and phone calls, the order ic done. Everyone in customer service was kind and understanding while trying to help. I think the problem has to do with communication with the shipping department to get the parts I needed properly packed and and labeled with the proper address. If you have further questions, I can be contacted at the phone or email you should already have on file.”
