“Missing a pin on tractor attachment, called customer service and after long conversation was switched to another department, but I got tired of waiting for them to pick up so hung up. I can make my own pin!”

“everything went well. Delivered late but not your fault. Only bad comment is that your fit and finish at assembly was not the best. I tried to insert a picture but was not able to. Products fit very well, has it on in 10 minutes.”

“The grappler it self seems to be very well made. While waiting for the mechanic to install we had a hydronic leak on the concrete. I took photos to show the leak. Mechanic had to replace the defective hose. Not cheap.”

“The instructions are miserable. However we were able to get it assembled and connected to the pump. Having a difficult time getting all of the air bled out of the system. It seems very strong and think when I get it fully bled it will be awesome.”

“The unit arrived much later than I thought it would, at more than two weeks after it shipped. I got notices from UPS Freight every day that it would be delivered that day, but it took more than two weeks. I did get a call the day before it was delivered that it would come the following day. Next, there was no manual, assembly instructions or paperwork except for a thank you card. Nuts and bolts had come loose and were luckily in the bubble wrap. Last, the unit came with no pads for the feet, just slick plates.”

“Outstanding service on the part of Titan. The person who assisted me in my order was terrific and very friendly. Titan dealt with me as a valued customer. However, I ordered the wrong unit. This was my fault. And the shipping company was terrible, promising a delivery on one day but not coming. I had to call. They told me my order was lost, then told me it was found. It was finally delivered later than promised. I was very unhappy with the shipping company but very happy with Titan.”

“Recieved in 3 packages. Main piece was just wrapped in cardboard and not boxed. It could have been a scratch and dent on the way I recieved it but, it will be that way once being used. Well built and looks to be able to handle what my little 8n can handle.”

“GOt the shipment pretty quick, and so far the 3-point fork attachment seems to be of great value and built well. I do like the ability to add hay bail tips and having a 2" Box hitch. Definitely a heavy beast!”

“My new mower was delivered but the crate was damaged, the machine had only minor scratches, not a big deal. This first email I got said the machine was going to arrive on Wednesday, I had a machine dropped off with forks and it did not show up, same on Thursday, finally it came on Friday afternoon. Cost of machine to unload was 3 times what it should have been if the information was correct. Ups freight needs to get their act together. The machine looks and works great.”

“Arrived within a week and attached to the tractor after a few adjustments were made to the quick hitch. The packaging was torn in several places resulting in some scratches to the paint but no structual damage. Have not put weight in it and used it yet so can’t comment further.”

“Have to say Titan has awsome shipping. Received the rack in 2 days. The ATV rack is well designed and seems very sturdy. Assembly was straight forward, but was missing a couple of the bolts. The tabs on the bed rail bars stick down below the bars which puts a lot of weight on 4 very small areas. The tabs should be flush with the bars. I purchased this to use in a 2018 Ram 3500 long bed to hual our RZR 900. I have an auxiliary fuel tank in the bed so the rear tires rode on the tail gate. This will alow for all the weight to be carried in the bed. The front of the rack is actually supported by the fuel tank. Now I have room to leave my tool box mounted to the bed and carry the Side X Side plus extra gas as well I believe this set up is going to work well. Very pleased with the price and quality”

“Everybody I dealt with was great, the pipe layer I bought seems to be very well built. My only criticism is that a nut wand washer were missing because they came lose and fell out of a hole in the box. I would suggest small parts be put in a bag and taped to the implement. My local hardware store does not carry the same size bolts.”

“Grease zerks threads were to long keeping part from sliding on drum shaft! Bought some at local hardware to replace with shorter treads now everything working fine.”
