“Great product . only problem tried to buy another one after reading your web site which said 2 available then out of stock came up.Tried again same thing 2 available went to order again out of stock.”

“I ordered wrangler denims and wrong ones arrived. as promised the girl took a new order for them and sent me returns label to return wrong item. on receiving new item it wasn't ones I wanted either but couldn't be bothered with all the hassle of returning them so just kept them. when you order an item you should get the one you want first time not the third had I returned the second wrong lot. if id wanted stretch denims I would have purchased them in the store but due to the store not having ones I wanted I decided to order online which I wont be doing again. customer service agent I spoke to was really good but unfortunately warehouse staff sent out wrong item twice which is very poor service from my point of view”

“Have used TJHughes shops both in Liverpool and Eastbourne for a total of sixty years. I have never had anything that I could complain about. I recently purchased a duvet and was delighted with the item so purchased another for a member of my family. Will always use TJs when I can. Good value.”

“I PURCHASED WHISPER UNDERWEAR.SO MUCH BETTER IN MY OPINION THAN THE MORE EXPENSIVE SLOGGI. THEY ARE VERY GOOD QUALITY. AND VERY INEXPENSIVE. THEY WEAR REALLY WELL, SO MUCH SO THIS IS MY 3RD OR FOURTH PURCHASE I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM.”

“My order was placed on the 28th October. Rec'd email from YODEL that delivery would be on the 3rd. Rec'd another email from YODEL changing delivery to 8th. Hopefully delivery will be tomorrow Tuesday 8th.Delivery has now arrived10th november Problem not with T.j. HUGHES. I thought delivery would have been sooner. Mrs B . Sturrock.”

“I bought a Touche éclat on line and asked that it be left in my porch. This item has never been received. I appreciate this was at my own risk, but I did email the company to let them know I had not received this item and received no reply from them. I regard this lack of response as poor customer service. Jean Graham”

“The product I received was as described. I used the service to change the delivery date so that I would be in. However this did not work as it was delivered on the date first offered even though the system said it had excepTed the alternative ine. I therefore had to go to collect my goods.”
