“It was awful I ordered two pairs of jeans and they didn't arrive. Phoned customer service who were no help at all. The whole service is terrible and I will be letting my friends and family know about the poor service. My family will not be shopping with your company anymore”

“I thought the service was excellent, I was kept informed with the update of where my order was but what was fascinating was the actual delivery I was tracking it on line. This was my first order and unlike other companies when it says track your order, this really does keep you informed, with 15 minute, updates, giving a street map of where the driver was and how many parcels where left to be delivered before your. My parcel was also being delivery to my sons place of work and when the delivery have been completed I was able to see the name of the person who signed for the delivery. Amazing, The items ordered was okay as well.”

We have reviewed your order and can see that it was dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of the order being placed and delivered in a timely manner. Upon reviewing your conversations with the Customer Service Team we can conclude that the disappointment caused was due to the Team not responding promptly to your email regarding the failed collection of the faulty item (to facilitate a replacement) – for this we would like to apologise sincerely. We have checked our system and can see that the replacement item was successfully dispatched 9 days after the original order was placed. “Order process was fine although watch out for the free delivery offer as I was charged for delivery even though the purchase qualified. To their credit they did refund it although it took them over a week to reply to my email. Delivery dates were all over the place firstly given a Tuesday delivery then the carrier said it would be Monday but actually arrived on the Saturday, luckily you can change it in flight as well as delivery location. Having said all that I would still shop with them again.”

“I recently bought some solar garden lights online. When they arrived, one set was not working and I sent them back. I had to pay for delivery even though they were faulty. I rang customer services and was advised by the customer services representative that I would be refunded by cheque. This has not happened. In addition to this, 2 of the other sets go off intermittently. I will not be buying online from TJ's again.”
