“I ordered aftershave and face cream as Christmas gifts and neither arrived, after numerous phone calls to chase the order which cost me £27as I have just discovered!! I was told items were not in stock, not impressed will not use this company again.”
“Goods ordered and paid for in November 2016 not received, no communication or reason why. After many calls /emails to T J Hughes I was informed that goods ordered were out of stock and effort being made to find replacement. ( email showed goods despatched to store early December... If not in stock how could it be depatched to store?????) then order cancelled!!”

“Very poor and almost non-existent customer service. Charged me for an item I did not receive and failed to let me know that they could not dispatch it to me. “I couldn't find anywhere on the website that gave me the option of returning my order. The email for my click and collect said that if I didn't collect my order within 7 Days then it would be sent back to the Depo and I would be refunded, so I didn't collect it to allow this process to happen.
HOWEVER when I rang 16 days later my order was still in store waiting to be collected ( this was the Bury store). They said the only option they could offer me was for them to send my order back to the Depo, which has been done.. BUT I still haven't been refunded. This order was from November 26th.. A month later and I still have not been refunded!!!!!”
