“Bought item as Xmas present however did not arrive and hadn't hear anything so had to email. Then blamed courier and eventually sent out item. Arrived just before Xmas thankfully.”

“I found the communication from TJ Hughes poor and the quality of staff and their service in the Sheffield Moor shop very lax and and uncoordinated. I waited many weeks for my purchase to arrive at the Moor shop and paid many unfruitful visits which frustrated me: The above has only cemented in my views how TJ Hughes is a second class shopping outlet.”

“I only received part of my order, when I queried this I was informed you were awaiting stock. I don't understand how the order was taken when you didn't have stock. After a couple of weeks I received an Email informing me that the money for the missing items had been refunded to my account.”

“1 ordered items then told they where not in stock after i phoned and kept waiting on phone for 30minutes and when i finally got through to be cut off twice and when i did get someone to be told it would be another 5days not again”

“Fast delivery .correct item but did home delivery .and they sent it to store . Rang store they said it was being sent to home a dress . .later it was sent to store i was refunded my pp after 2 trips to store .the upside I did get the item for christmas”

“the worst company i have ever bought from online. awful service from day one. never recieved goods even though i had paid. even going into store i still could not get goods.even though my item was there. because i brought paypal in to try and get my money back they just did not want to know. a total farce from tj hughes. never ever again will i use this company. a total and utter disgrace.”
