“I ordered an item online as there was a introductory discount for ordering online of 20%. Four days later I was going into Glasgow town and would have expected it would be there within that time but it still hadn't arrived in store and the store had the item in stock but still wouldn't give me one from stock. So I had to cancel order and buy in store without the discount. I feel that this service is very poor and would have made sense to use item in stock in these circumstances.”

“Wish I'd read the other reviews before I ordered cost me £4 to return the item as did not fit had next day signed for return delivery and I'm still waiting for the refund . Safe to say I won't be ordering again”

“Waited 5 weeks for a delivery to be told delivery driver couldn't find us. We live in a big pub !! Then you had no stock left so had to have a refund”

“Placed an order in November for a Xmas present and website showed in stock. The money was taken from my account but goods were not delivered, sent numerous e mails no reply then several weeks later received an e mail guaranteeing delivery. Day after, another e mail saying one of the orders were not available! The goods that I did receive for Xmas gift are not suitable can't understand why as my husband has similar Lacoste polo shirts which have fitted but this one was far too short. Sent back at my own cost, despite still waiting for refund for other goods which you could not honour but took my money! Noticed on receipt that return must be within 14 days???? Still waiting refund. Your online service is antiquated and not at all customer focused, therefore I would not ever use again.”

“I bought a retro record player for my sons Xmas and when it arrived the seals on the box had been previously opened and box was grubby I hoped it was just the packaging but on Xmas day to my dismay it didn't work it was probably a previous return . Still awaiting my refund”

“Fantastic i had moved addewss but my order was ordered to go to my 9ld address and this was smack bang in the middle of xmas there was no problem changin address and i collected from a local store and security was tight as i hadnt unpacked my id yet but was made to dig it out to collect which was annoying but i must admit i was glad x Thanks you guys x u saved xmas in our new house had two very happy little girls”

“The vacuum cleaner was ordered on the Thursday and delivered on the Monday. I had had problems ordering on line but the young lady on the telephone ordering was most helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to order anything again.”
