“Had problem with purchase couldnt get answer to email or by phone then phoned customer service on monday and Charlotte had it all sorted in a day Faulty item returned and new one delivered working well up to now It was my first online purchase so I did get stressed but all good now”

“Ordered item at 3pm on a Saturday and delivered free delivery at 12pm on the Sunday. Got email updates and a one hour time slot that you could track with options if you'd be out. Very impressed!”
