“Customer service I have been waiting for a call back from a supervisor for three weeks now after a broken ring was sent to me .the call Center was brilliant but no help with my problem still here’s hopping someone rings me at some point”

“I ordered my item, company took my detail and I received an email from them confirming my order. A week later still no item, so I responded to ask when I may expect information regarding my orders delivery. That was 4 days ago and I have still received no response or tracking information from them. I don't mind time, of delay shipping (within reason) but very disappointed with their lack of communication.”

“I have now made several purchases from Tjc and have been very pleased with the service and the quality of the items purchased. I love the turquoise jewellery and the amethyst cabochon is beautiful, i intend to have it set into a brooch.”

“Have recently purchased Robin sterling silver earrings very nice great price and you can feel the weight of them, unlike high st alternatives. Also purchased a silver aquamarine ring so much silver intricate details and large aquamarine stone well worth the money. 9k gold bracelet paperclip style chain. Small but robust I haven't taken it off since I got it. Would definitely purchase more jewellery from TJC excellent quality and service.”
