“Recently I was looking for a tent to replace one I had bought online some time ago and which I found to be less than ideal for my application. I contacted Tom's and spoke to Chris who was considerate enough to spend some time with me to discuss my needs for a 2 man lightweight tent and the available options. Chris's advice was not the tent which his store carried and I had favoured, nor the most expensive option but another which I had not considered and which turned out to be ideal for my purpose. I bought the tent. Chris was great to deal with, listened to what I had to say and offered sensible and considered advice. The purchase transaction was straightforward and fuss free. I would not hesitate to make future purchases with Tom's Outdoors or to give them my very strong recommendation.”
