“Brilliant customer service. I had an issue with a product I bought from them, which was manufacturer related, and they way they solved the problem was friendly, professional, considerate and swift. Most companies let you down with after sales service. Tom’s Outdoors was exactly what you’d hope for. “When I need fly fishing gear/ flies, I purchase from Tom's Outdoors, their prices are competitive. They post to Berwick Vic on same day, usually receiving within 2 days. Their flies are good quality & have landed quite a few trout. Other gear I have purchased has all been recognised brands & good.”

“I've been shopping online with Chris and the team for quite a few years now and during that time I've purchased quite a bit of clothing and fly-fishing gear. The brands they carry are all top quality so I never have any concerns on that front and their prices are competitive (but I do also like to bag a bargain from time to time with the sale items :) ) What encourages me to keep shopping with them is the high level of service they always deliver and their reliable trustworthy advice when I ask for it from time to time. They've been great at getting specific stock in for me from time to time (eg particular fly lines that they've not had in stock) and on the odd few occasions where I've had to return something (my issue not theirs) I've been very impressed at how straightforward that process has been (very important with an on-line facility when buying clothing or footwear like wading boots etc) I'm a member of a couple of clubs and have quite a wide circle of friends who spend time outdoors or go fishing regularly and I always recommend Tom's when asked for advice so am more than happy to put this in writing for this review of their store. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!”

“Recent purchase of Snow Peak Pack and Carry Fireplace starter kit. Great price, arrived quickly Have not used it yet. A few weeks before purchasing the fireplace, I had an issue with the elastic in tent poles- (tent previously purchased from Tom’s) and contacted for advice. I spoke with Chris who offered to send replacement elastic in the post or I could send them to Chris and he would replace. I opted to do the replacement myself. The elastic arrived in a day or so. You can’t get better service than that. That is why Tom’s is my favourite outdoor store.”
