“I needed an item urgently and Tom's were they only place who had it on the shelf. Called staff to organize urgent delivery and they were very helpful and I received the item the next day, well before the 3 days they said it would take.”

“Whilst my purchase was small, just a couple of Groundhog tent stakes I had the pleasure of talking to Chris about the store, as a Bushwalker for over 30 yrs and a one-time employee of Paddy Pallin in the 90s I was impressed by the depth of experience and knowledge present in the store.
