“Review: Rab Hiking Pants I recently purchased a pair of Rab hiking pants from Toms Outdoors. The service and communication were excellent. However, after a few weeks, I encountered a small issue with the pants. Thankfully, the customer service team was prompt and efficient in resolving the problem. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and the high level of customer service provided.”

“Ordered a patagonia vest from toms outdoors. Got a really nice hand written thank you note as well. Website is easy to navigate. High quality clothing and equipment that looks like it's been tested by the members shop. I feel confident that anything I will purchase from toms outdoor will be up to the task I need it for. When I have received each order the personalised note of whom it was packed by from Tom's Outdooes is a nice touch. The Rewards program is also very good and it is easy to accummulate and redeem points. Tom's Outdoors is easily one of the best online outdoor clothing and equipment suppliers around.
