“Prior to purchasing tent I sent an email to Tom’s regarding the various pros and cons/ features of two different tents I was considering. I received an email on the same day as my enquiry with advice that was helpful. A few weeks later My preferred tent was on sale so I purchased it. The tent was shipped on the same day Helpful advice and excellent service. This was my second purchase from Tom’s and will do so again in the future.”

“My size wasn't in stock but no problems spoke to the staff and they ordered them in for me and had them in less than 2 weeks. The boots are a comfortable fit and didn't require any breaking in. So far they have been used in trap rock and basalt country on all day hikes and have performed wonderfully. I can't praise them enough, great fit, comfortable and light enough to wear all day but provide excellent support to feet and ankles. New test for them is the Victorian High Country. Big thanks to Chris and the team for all the assistance with my order and friendly service.”
