“Most of my email communication was done on Australia Day and almost fell off my chair when I got a reply from a web site enquiry almost straight away. Great to deal with and felt like I was in store while asking questions about the “fjallraven Barents pro trousers” and what arrived was a perfect fit and of fantastic quality. I placed the order next working day and had the delivery next morning in Sydney. Prices are very competitive and if the in store experience is half as good as it was online you’d be hard pressed to find to better place to shop. 11 Thumbs up!! Thanks Chris..”

“Dropped in to store on way across mountains, and purchased 450 mL doublewalled titanium mug with lid. Sitting in front of me now filled with hot lapsang souchong tea, made 1.5 hours ago. Mug works extremely well. More importantly the time spent with me for such a small value purchase showed that all here know their stuff, and spend their non working hours doing the same thing we do, thinking of where and what they would rather be doing. Somewhere on site they mentioned that their stock was curated, and it shows.”

“Great store with some of the best prices in Australia. I dropped into the store a few weeks back and Kane was super friendly and helpful. I initially baulked at the prices, but turns out Tom's stocks quality gear that's worth spending a little extra on. For what I ended up getting (sleeping bag, mat and fly rod), these were by far the best prices I could find online. Express shipped for free, arrived in Jindabyne in 2 days, and even had a handwritten note included (Thanks again Kane!).”

“I just bought an Osprey pack from here on Monday afternoon and got a text from the post office saying it was there about 24 hours later. Living in Canberra, nothing ever reaches me in under two days so that was awesome, and the product was well packed and exactly what I was expecting.
