Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order.
Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return.
The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened.
A prime example of incredibly poor customer support.
I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them.

Despite providing clear evidence of the issue, their support team refuses to replace the product or offer a refund. It seems like they have no interest in resolving the problem.
This doesn’t seem like an isolated incident either – just check the 1-star reviews. It looks like they’re running a recurring scam, so I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this shop. Don’t waste your money or your time here!”
