“I ordered a Smartmi Bidet Seat, expecting a brand-new product, but what I received was clearly used, unhygienic, scratched, and the wrong version (I ordered the upgraded version). It’s shocking that they would send out what appears to be returned items as new!
Despite providing clear evidence of the issue, their support team refuses to replace the product or offer a refund. It seems like they have no interest in resolving the problem.
This doesn’t seem like an isolated incident either – just check the 1-star reviews. It looks like they’re running a recurring scam, so I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this shop. Don’t waste your money or your time here!”
