"I ordered a Smartmi Bidet Seat, expecting a brand-new product, but what I received was clearly used, unhygienic, scratched, and the wrong version (I ordered the upgraded version). It\u2019s shocking that they would send out what appears to be returned items as new!\r\n\r\nDespite providing clear evidence of the issue, their support team refuses to replace the product or offer a refund. It seems like they have no interest in resolving the problem.\r\n\r\nThis doesn\u2019t seem like an isolated incident either \u2013 just check the 1-star reviews. It looks like they\u2019re running a recurring scam, so I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this shop. Don\u2019t waste your money or your time here!"

"Bought a LANPWR 100AH \u200b\u200bLiFe battery. On arrival the battery was ok 87%, after a few days without use 29%, completely defective a day later! \r\nCustomer service emailed and immediate response BUT...\r\nWe will submit it to our technical department, email back within 48 hours, ..........within 24 hours,..... make a video....., too bad we can't open your video, ..... create the video in a different file type,.......\r\n\r\nscammers, no guarantee, WORTHLESS"
