“We purchased a drone from Tomtop and item arrived defective with one of the rotor not spinning. Contacted their CS many times, have to send them pictures and videos of the defective drone. Their CS do not actively respond to your email. They will limit the time you can contact them, like after 48 hours, to follow up the issue with them. Then after that they change their story and will not replace the item and says their supplier will send a replacement rotor and expect us to repair the drone by ourselves. So far after 1 months, still not getting reply from their CS. No replacement, no refund, no contact from their CS, and got a bad drone.”

I ordered n 8 channel mixer and before it was shipped, asked if I could pay more and upgrade. They responded saying yes, we will ship your item. Not what I wanted or asked.
So, they shipped it and didn't respond to my request. When it arrived, I asked why they didn't get back to me, it's not open, can I upgrade? So.. they referred it to the TECH department who said send YouTube of issues!!!! Idiot response. I kept telling them NOT a technical issue..why didn't they let me upgrade BEFIRE they shipped the item. Again..we referred your problem to our technician's. Obviously, they don't have enough high level English speakers on board (I teach English as a Second Language and estimate very basic skills in their department). When they don't understand, they ignore you or just give you off. Unless you speak Chinese, I doubt you will get resolution if ANY problems. BIG NO from me.”

I emailed them and sent all the photos and they still never sent me a replacement or partial refund. They discovered a loop hole. “Warranty issues and BAD customer service. The twelve months warranty is a lie. Practically unused gimbal, when started using, went south in about two weeks. Just stopped mid recording, never turns on anymore.
Customer service, Steven, who I think is an algorithm, answers. Asks for video. I send him. He doesn't answer for a week, then tells me to do this and that. Item still won't work so I try to apply my warranty rights. It seems tho this Steven cannot comprehend the word.
They offer me 5$ as partial refund. From 66.. I say that's a joke. We work it up to 15, I keep telling Steven I want vouchers as I need a new gimbal and I'm willing to buy it from Tomtop.
Now we are back to square one. 5$ his offer again. After 15$ yesterday.
Tomtop is a SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN AU, an artificial UNintelligence. The item looks great, you can use it few times then it just stops and no money no gadget.”
