“SCAM They will respond to this review saying sorry contact us to help. They DO NOT HELP. They sent me an item I evidenced to them I did not receive and they have it, as there was an error in the shipment process and it was sent back to them. Their response is basically that they don't care and they cant help. - Ben Roach”

“I ordered an inexpensive webcam earlier on in the pandemic. It took a long time to arrive from China, which was understood. Now that I have the item, it's a useless piece of junk. Nothing happens when you plug it in and the instructions are minimal. It's obviously just supposed to look like a webcam, not actually supposed to work. Fortunately the item didn't cost much, but I have learned my lesson to Google companies before ordering in the future. Scams seem to be rampant nowadays.”

“An absolute joke of a company. I ordered a Phaewo e-scooter which arrived faulty. Within days of riding it, it developed all sorts of issues that eventually resulted in it ceasing to work altogether. Communication with TomTop was challenging at best and incredibly frustrating. They wanted videos which I sent only to be told that they would only accept videos uploaded to YouTube. I was then accused of miss use and the warranty would not be honoured as a result. I was then told to take it to a local repair shop to get it fixed (they were allegedly going to pay some of the cost). Sadly, it still could not be fixed. TomTop then said that the only way I was going to get a refund was to return the scooter to them in it’s original condition and packaging. Seeing as it had now been accessed by a repair shop, and not in the original condition/ packaging, this was going to be impossible. Also, a quote to ship it back from the UK said it was going to cost more than the scooter itself. Use this company at your own risk. They are crooks. UPDATE...After asking me to contact them following this review, they then again accused me of damaging the scooter myself and said that my request for a refund did not constitute a ‘normal’ psychological frame of mind...it’s up to you but these are thieves con artists.”

“Tomtop is a Scam Seller! Never trust them if you don't want loose money! I made a purchase from tomtop . com, received the products were not working, not as described, and useless, send emails, photos and videos to the seller as they requested, but did not workout, I requested for refund, they finally agree to agree refund after I send back the products back to them at my cost and they received the products. They give me the address in China was not a valid one as I checked, and the shipping cost will be much high than I paid for the products if I use UPS to send the products back to China. I tried to contact Paypal, but could not reach customer service due to Covid-19 pandemic. In summary, this is a scam seller, who sell useless trash as good products with high price to make money, but the buyer will loose money and time, and never get refund and will loose more money if you send it back at your cost.”

“Good looking website, But that doesn't help if they never deliver your order. After 2 months I'm still waiting on this order. They have responded to each email, the last response was 2 weeks ago when they said, "In transit, be patient".”

“Dodgy and irresponsible seller, the infrared thermometer is seriously out of range, I was asked to filmed and post on YouTube to show the seller how it doesn’t work, which I think it’s an invasion of privacy, I did it anyway and send them the link, then the seller ask me to return the item In original packaging in order to get a refund, it cost me AUD21 to send the parcel. I am so annoyed and frustrated, this company is based in China/HongKong but kinda disguised themselves like they are locals.”

“I bought a Xiaomi Scooter Pro. It was delivered very fast. Less than 2 months latter it stopped working though. After more than 2 months sending emails to customer service and they replying me with stupid questions instead of offer me a solution, I gave up. I had to fix it by myself.”

“I ordered something from tomtop. Over 3 weeks ago the total amount was taken from my account. When we tried to contact tomtop about the delivery date they said they don’t have our order. They never sent us a confirmation number or an order number. I have turned this over to my bank. Do your homework before you order anything on line. Wish I had.”

“Stay far away from this China based scam company I had purchased from tomtop previously and everything arrived ok, except for one order I was missing. I informed their customer service and it was mailed to be fairly quickly considering it was coming from China. Fast forward 8 months later and I placed an order for k95 mask. Its been 2 months and still has not arrived. I have had multiple conversations with customer service since week 3 of not receiving the order and every time it was the same excuse. Their US delivery is slow due to Covid 19. I have order many things since Covid, as I am sure most have and it has never taken 8 weeks to receive a product from anywhere in the world. I have to count this one as I was scammed. Stay far away from this website and company. They do not send your products and lie when you ask about the status. Shame on you tomtop”

“Scam company I see now It is my duty now to stop customer to spending money to this scam company. I purchased thermometer after 2.5 month arrived in damaged box, no battery, I install battery and NOT WORKING, I contact PayPal since the company does not do anything about it, PayPal got involved the Tomtop agree to refund the money since they know will cost $35 to ship it back! So $44.95 I paid for if send it back then I get my money does not make sense. I start to published review to let people to know this people are scam, then Tomtop ask for video to be sent to the, before they asked for picture and they got it nothing happened, simple they think People of other country are stupid and this way they are making Money.”

“I ordered two Samebike Electric Bikes. One was perfect, the second had bits falling out of the box and the forks were twisted. I was excited, so I got it working. Within a week the 7-speed selector had stopped clicking into position, after four weeks the motor ground to a halt. TomTop are absolutely useless. We have exchanged nearly 100 emails. "Get it repaired locally and we will credit you $24/30/40", but we cannot get parts and they will not supply them. "Return to Hong Kong", but we have to pay out more than £100. They promise to refund but we can't trust them. DO NOT BUY FROM TOMTOP!”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered an item for my nephew for his birthday. The website said it would take 7-10 days. When I checked status with the company, I received very rude responses. The item finally arrived after a month and was not what I ordered and did not work. Buyer beware. Do not order from this comapny. They are a scam. Even worse, paypal seems to be in on the scam as they denied my dispute.”

“If I could give a 0 score I would, this company is s total scam and PayPal are no better letting them get away with it . Purchased a ebike for £550 , when it arrived the bike display unit was damaged and bike wouldn’t operate with out, contacted Tomtop who they will give £6 pounds to get it repaired which is a joke , once declined they then said for a refund I need to post the bike back to China which will cost around £150 , I raised a complaint through PayPal who said the same thing , after reading a few more reviews people have sent there goods back only to be told item not received I decided to cut my lost , do not buy from this company,”

“Wish I could give 0 stars, honestly. They gave me a fake tracking number for starters. The gift I ordered was for my fiancée and they shipped it from China to LA. Arrived in LA the beginning of May. It’s been in Indiana for a few weeks now. I emailed several times and would get crappy answers. I finally talked to a customer support rep here in America and they were very helpful. They had no idea why my shipment was just sitting at some warehouse though when I live 7 hrs away from said warehouse. I’m hoping it’ll be here in the next couple days. I literally ordered it a month ago today. I will NEVER EVER order from this fake a** company again.”
