“Dodgy and irresponsible seller, the infrared thermometer is seriously out of range, I was asked to filmed and post on YouTube to show the seller how it doesn’t work, which I think it’s an invasion of privacy, I did it anyway and send them the link, then the seller ask me to return the item In original packaging in order to get a refund, it cost me AUD21 to send the parcel. I am so annoyed and frustrated, this company is based in China/HongKong but kinda disguised themselves like they are locals.”

“Stay far away from this China based scam company
I had purchased from tomtop previously and everything arrived ok, except for one order I was missing. I informed their customer service and it was mailed to be fairly quickly considering it was coming from China. Fast forward 8 months later and I placed an order for k95 mask. Its been 2 months and still has not arrived. I have had multiple conversations with customer service since week 3 of not receiving the order and every time it was the same excuse. Their US delivery is slow due to Covid 19. I have order many things since Covid, as I am sure most have and it has never taken 8 weeks to receive a product from anywhere in the world. I have to count this one as I was scammed.
Stay far away from this website and company. They do not send your products and lie when you ask about the status. Shame on you tomtop”

I see now It is my duty now to stop customer to spending money to this scam company. I purchased thermometer after 2.5 month arrived in damaged box, no battery, I install battery and NOT WORKING, I contact PayPal since the company does not do anything about it, PayPal got involved the Tomtop agree to refund the money since they know will cost $35 to ship it back! So $44.95 I paid for if send it back then I get my money does not make sense. I start to published review to let people to know this people are scam, then Tomtop ask for video to be sent to the, before they asked for picture and they got it nothing happened, simple they think People of other country are stupid and this way they are making Money.”
“I ordered two Samebike Electric Bikes. One was perfect, the second had bits falling out of the box and the forks were twisted. I was excited, so I got it working. Within a week the 7-speed selector had stopped clicking into position, after four weeks the motor ground to a halt. TomTop are absolutely useless. We have exchanged nearly 100 emails. "Get it repaired locally and we will credit you $24/30/40", but we cannot get parts and they will not supply them. "Return to Hong Kong", but we have to pay out more than £100. They promise to refund but we can't trust them. DO NOT BUY FROM TOMTOP!”

“Wish I could give 0 stars, honestly. They gave me a fake tracking number for starters. The gift I ordered was for my fiancée and they shipped it from China to LA. Arrived in LA the beginning of May. It’s been in Indiana for a few weeks now. I emailed several times and would get crappy answers. I finally talked to a customer support rep here in America and they were very helpful. They had no idea why my shipment was just sitting at some warehouse though when I live 7 hrs away from said warehouse. I’m hoping it’ll be here in the next couple days. “The company sent us two defective Smart Bands that did not bind with any iphone. On top of this once the wristbands were attached they no longer come off.. In order to CHARGE the smart band the wrist band needs to come off as the charger is on the watchface. I total fraud product. Best of all: TOM TOP refuses to accept the complaint and also refuses to refund the money. We are appalled and shocked as it appears to be the way the company operates: take customers money. Send a fraud product and then ignore the complaint and request for refund. KEEP away from this company if you dont want to be cheated.
