“The company sent us two defective Smart Bands that did not bind with any iphone. On top of this once the wristbands were attached they no longer come off.. In order to CHARGE the smart band the wrist band needs to come off as the charger is on the watchface. I total fraud product. Best of all: TOM TOP refuses to accept the complaint and also refuses to refund the money. We are appalled and shocked as it appears to be the way the company operates: take customers money. Send a fraud product and then ignore the complaint and request for refund. KEEP away from this company if you dont want to be cheated. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.”

“It was the worst online shopping I have experienced. More precisely, the first online fraud I trapped in. 80 days ago, I bought an item with the description "shipping within 12-25 working days". I did not receive anything from them except useless automated emails started with: "Thanks for your mail and support. Sorry to have caused you so much inconvenience." Don’t buy anything from them! “I bought a drone battery with free shipping, then they sent me an email saying I have to pay 7 dollars for shipping, I said "I prefer a refund", they said "ok" 3 to 5 business days and after 1 month, nothing for me, they stole my money and kept silent. They are not serious, I used my credit card because I have a problem with my PayPal account, but be careful, it is not the only one of the Chinese stores doing this”

“they sell fake UV light and I talk to their technical support they refuse their problem and fix it. Please don't buy the UV light from them if you want to protect your family using the light to kill bacteria and viruses. Also, technical support is the worst I ever have seen. I show them the youtube the people disassemble the UV light to prove that is a fake, but they refuse that is a fake product.”

“This company is a fake. I ordered a webcam from them paid for express shipping and still have not received the webcam. Ordered it on April 21st express shipping was for 3 to 6 days. All they do is take your money. Don’t order from them. Wish I would have read a few of the reviews before I ordered”

“Total rip-off company, take your money don't ship your product demand more money and still no product. Promise refund but you'll never hear from them again. If you want to just throw money away order from these folks and they'll help you do that.”

“I've been ordering things from TomTop for 4 or 5 years and have never had any issues. I've bought SD cards, microphones, batteries, tools and lots more. And all have been exactly as I expected. I have read a lot of complains on this site and this has never been my experience, the reason I have only given 4 stars is that the descriptions are often badly written and you do have to read carefully and check photos to make sure you're getting what you actually want.”

“The RC car I bought from tomtop was defective and they told me a week ago that the problem would be solved. After waiting I am told that I have to wait even longer for them to think of another lie to tell me. Do not waste your money or time trying to deal with this sham of a company. The positive reviews are "Fake News" in my humble opinion seeing that they don't honor their own return policies (tomtop dot com//return-policy-guarantees.) I just wasted my time and money with this company and I am warning you not to do business with this company if you value either of these 2 things.”

“Ordered RC airplane price advertised with free postage. Next day they email me demanding 14 dollars for postage.in UK so don't use dollars. But principle is this. Price advertised was paid then they changed parameters of deal after we had concluded our transaction. Despicable!”

“Sent me a message saying I had to pay another dollar to get my order. I sent it. Then I get another saying they want 3 more dollars. I replied for them to cancel order. I have not heard back yet. Seems like a scam to me.”
