“This site takes your money, does not complete the order then cancels the order. So they have the use of your funds for a week and their support is awful. They then want me to send credit card details by email!!!!!! Avoid!”

“fake company DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION IN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES they do not stock what has been advertised on their website(what the customer has ordered IS NOT WHAT IS GOING TO BE GETTING)”

“30 LED Solar Motion Lights I bought 6 Solar Motion Lights from Tomtop, Order AA18K08X5412-EF8I06 andAA18J17M2842-4VP3EB, One light arrived damaged and 3 other motion lights "exploded" within a month. These solar motion lights are "fire hazard".There are many reports about them on Google causing Fire. After many e-mails Tomtop offered to reimburse me at first only $ 5.00, later on increased the offer to $ 12.00. In fact Tomtop gave me NO REFUND at all !!! Very dishonest business selling inferior/defective quality solar motion lights, which are "exploding" and a "fire hazard". Very sad experience indeed.”

“Awful customer service from TomTop. Ordered 2 sets of luggage and TomTop sent them to the wrong address and now will not refund my money. They admit the address was wrong and expect me to return the luggage (which I don't have!!) before they will refund me. I am taking this further and involving the Police but in the meantime I have NO luggage and a smaller bank account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“Be very careful! I ordered a Garmin edge 200 but when it arrived everything was in Chinese - the instruction book and the screen. As I don't read Chinese, it was completely useless. Contacted Tomtop but got no response. Went to put in for a return but it's impossible to find an address etc for a return.”

“Order number AN19B03T3520-21SWW2 My drone battery was sent after 9 days and it was faulty / defective / dead. As requested, I sent a detailed description and a video to the company. Kelly, in the warehouse customer service said I must pay the return shipping cost (€25) or they would offer me €4 for me to get it repaired. This was then increased to €7 and the to 50% which is €20.12. After 3 days of arguments, several e-mails, and only after I posted negative reviews and threatened a Paypal claim, the company agreed to a full refund, but would not reinstate the points I used to part pay for the order, so I did not get the "full refund" promised. . If you want to risk a purchase from this dispicable company, then you should use Paypal, which gives protection. If you encounter a problem, then contact Tomtop customer service. If they mess you around, then post negative reviews everywhere and threaten to file a Paypal dispute. This will get their attention. If you do not get satisfaction, register the problem with Paypal, who will review the case and has the power to refund you. If you register the problem with Paypal, DO NOT CLOSE the file unless the case is resolved to your satisfaction, as once closed, the file cannot be reopened. I have had other successful purchases from Tomtop, but when things go wrong, their back up service is terrible. They will try everything to avoid responsibility and will try to intimidate. Stand your ground and you will eventually get what you are entitled to.”

“Fortunately, I used Paypal. I ordered a digital thermometer. After a week, the status was still "in processing" (should have been shipped within 72 hours). I finally got them to respond and it was total BS - "we are urging the factory to push them out" and asked for 5 more days. I immediately opened a ticket w/ Paypal and emailed all the Tomtop contacts for a cancellation. Their first response was "hey give us more time why don't you"? Totally unprofessional. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THEM!”

“My experience with them was terrible! I placed an order of 14.99 USD on their website. Ten days later, received an email asking 'As the logistics has increase the prices level, would you like to pay 4 USD for the ship cost so that we can send your order.' Of course I ignored the unreasonable request. One month later when I asked online chat when would my order be shipped, the staff cancelled my order without my permission! And end the chat from its end!!! I do not know when my money will be refunded yet. Based on my experience with Tomtop.com, I strongly not recommend this website.”

“Beware - I paid for 'Duty Free Shipping' at £11.17 and when the item was received, Royal Mail charged a further £11.40 in customs duty. TomTop offered £6 and would not compensate the full amount. Opened a PayPal dispute however they do not cover postage / customs so dispute was not allowed. This transaction has cost me £22.57 and TomTop will not refund. Do NOT trust 'Duty Free Shipping'. I have been advised to contact Trading standards as it is illegal to charge for a service and for this not to be provided.”

“Order: CN18B22L3823-XPESRZ Product: CT-CID803 Caller ID Box Call Blocker I bought this Call Blocker for only €12.44.... while it is sold for over €50 in my country. It does an excellent job so far, blocking annoying numbers! Delivery was slow (almost a month), but within estimated time so... no complaints. Thank you!”
