“in whatever case the customer will always be losing by placing orders on their website as they are simply not trustworthy please have always this in mind”

“please be aware and cautious that refunds will not be granted in under any circumstances if anything goes wrong with the order or if the items(are not as described,arrive broken,faulty etc..)”

“all orders placed on their website will not be refunded even if returned back to them at the customer's expense(this extra cost will also not be refunded)meaning an extra loss for the customer apart from the cost of the item itself,both things equal to 100% loss for the customer”

“for all people thinking about placing an order on their website,think about this very carefully before proceeding: no returns and no refunds,once an order has been placed on their website,once the payment has been processed by them there is no turning back,the customer has to eat the 100% full total loss”

“These people do not even deserve one star but I couldn’t type until I selected it! Major rip off company down right thief’s do not purchase anything ever they started charging my card without permission!!! This was after they didn’t send what I paid for stating I needed to give them more money!!!”

“Absolutely bad. As soon as I received the article, I realized that it was not what I wanted. My mistake, but in any case in the EU you have the right within 14 days of receiving the goods to return them for any reason and without any justification. Their site doesn't give any instructions on how to do return the item, so I wrote them. Their response was that the item arrived is what I ordered therefore they do not accept the return. Scandalous and illegal. To be avoided absolutely.”
