consumers have no rights whatsoever when it comes to returns and refunds

consumers have a right to a full refund including delivery costs should things go wrong with their orders,however this is not the case for the simple reason that they are not acting upon it

consumers have no priority whatsoever they are not protected at all from scammers

consumers will be left stranded with their orders with no recourse whatsoever should things not materialize(wrong product sent out to the consumer/not as described/defective/broken etc..)

consumers are advised not to depend on them for problems with their orders as very clearly they have absolutely no intentions in helping out at all

they do not resolve any issues and are causing a lot of chaos(and all that they say is that they are really sorry for any inconvenience caused when in fact they are not sorry at all they will continue doing this regardless of what they say, all that they deliver are empty words without any meaning at all or without any action at all being taken)

they are classic cheaters,they accept the payment,then send out to the customer something different than what has been acquired/or they don't send anything at all

they are simply unreliable (and there is absolutely no guarantee) that orders are going to be fulfilled correctly so the risk is 100% on the consumer

They are giving far too many complications problems and headaches to customers not rally worth the hassle and not really worth to give them a try either since whatever happens they are really going to be getting away with it due to the tactics that they are using(the foreign customers are their main target)they will initially promise a refund if the the order is returned back to them at the customer's expense but in reality this will never materialize and the customer's will never see the refund being deposited back into their bank account,when the customer's write to them asking about the refund they will never respond and go on death ears

The golden rule is that payments are only one way with zero refund,refunds are simply not tolerated

please be advised that refunds will be refused once the payment has been taken(they are very quick to cash it and then they don't want to give it back)

no protection will be offered at all for customers,only scammers are protected

not to be trusted at all for sensitive information such as for example:payment information,for the very simple reason that the information may get leaked into third parties,or even themselves can copy that information without the customer's consent and clone the card and use it with the information that has been supplied on their payment portal on their website

they will do everything in their power to make customers go away with their stalling tactics/by promising things which in reality are never ever going to be happening/they are a complete disaster when dealing or having to deal with all types of situations

they are not fulfilling the orders correctly/products are not being tested for defects before sending them out to the customer/they apologize for the inconvenience caused but falsely/they do not repent for what they have done/they make the customer having to spend more money to send the product back to them to China/this is a pure scam

they will simply go round in circles with the hope that the customer will get fed up and walk away

If there are problems with the orders these are simply not going to be dealt with(the only thing that they really do is to go round in circles)without resolving anything at all with the hope that the customer will simply give up and walk away

they are simply not addressing customer's inquiries or even finding solutions to them for the simple reason that they stall or act as if they simply not understand what the customer is asking or inquiring about they are an absolute disaster

they will always sell something entirely different to the customer commonly known as bait and switch and requests for a refund will simply go unnoticed until such time that the customer eventually gives up and they win(they keep the money)the final result:they win and the customer will loose
