“This company is scammer
Purchased Carote pans and pots set on 1st of December 2023 and received it 4th of January 2024. It took extremely long time to get here.
And the products got damaged and they were in the dirty box directly no original box or anything. They sent me fake Carote pans and pots. Also those got damaged and I couldn’t find any Carote logo on those pans and pots at all.
One more thing to tell, it has to be in full silicone turner in the box but wooden turner was in the box instead of it. I told them to make returning and refund. But they don’t accept it. I’ve started talking to my lawyer and will do some action to TOMTOP.
This is just ridiculous and illegal why are they still able to continue their scam company. Why don’t police suspend their business??? There are a bunch of victims obviously.
Don’t buy anything from them!
