“Toner Connect is very easy to work with. I filled out their form to send them unused toner. I received a quote the next day. All I had to do was print out the shipping label they sent me and ship them the package. Couldn't be easier.”
“Fast and automated process to send the toner. I have worked with other toner vendors in the past that was a manual process and required follow-up where is my check. This company provides ful service customer service that is absolve and beyond the other companies in the same industry”
“I've relied on Toner Connect for fair and honest evaluation for purchase of unused printing supplies and my experience both times has been outstanding. Chat responses were prompt and informative and the overall customer service has been great. Thank you so much!”
“I had toner sitting in my office that I couldn’t use anymore and I didn’t want to just throw it away so I just googled something like “getting rid of printer toner” and these guys popped up. Oh man was I so happy! These guys made it so easy to enter the information for each toner as they have a drop down list of hundreds of toners that they accept and trust me, I thought mine weren’t in there but keep scrolling, you will run into yours! Once that was done, take a picture and upload. Enter how you would like to get your money for the toners and wah la… submit. Literally within 24 hours (business) you will get a quote back on what they will offer for the toners or a trade in offer. Once that is done, you will be supplied shipping labels and you’re all set. Drop your package off to the carrier and you wait for inspection and payment. Super easy, super convenient, super amazing!! Thanks Toner Connect!!!”
