“I was skeptical about any toner company actually giving me money for my toner and it not being a scam. My experience with Toner Connect was amazingly simple and straightforward. I put in my toner information, they made me an offer, I accepted, they sent shipping labels and the money (I chose the Paypal option), I shipped them, and they inspected and accepted my shipment. They also communicated with me the entire time. I highly recommend them!”

“I tried following what it was telling me but after they sent the money I got limited access to my PayPal an it made it difficult to log in also I still haven't got access to my money”

“I'm happy with how the process worked however it would have been nice if the shipping supplies would have been provided to make it super easy, that's the only reason I dropped it to 4 stars instead of 5.”
