“The process was super easy! After supplying information, I received a quote quickly with complete instructions on how to pack and return as well as what not to do to boxes (leave lables as they have a process to safely remove them) which would decrease the value. The shipping labels were easy to print and the tracking process followed the UPS tracking instantly. I was updated every step of the way. Will definitely be using this service in the future!”

“We were especially happy to hear that we didn't have to pay for shipping. The sale was quick and the inspection was quick, we had our old toners sold in two days which was excellent for us. It would have been nice to know we could negotiate the price before an offer was made, or if we had the ability to make an offer ourselves, but overall we had a positive experience with your service and would likely utilize it again.”
