It's 3pm here in California but their office closed at 2pm so I will have to wait till tomorrow to speak to someone. I took several pictures of the new toners in original boxes and even sealed in the original outer plastic as well. After thoroughly reviewing your shipment, we found that several of your toner cartridges had water damage on the side of the boxes. These damages weren't shown in the initial photos provided.
