“Definitely one of my best service experiences ever. I had went to Ashley furniture this past "Presidents Day" in hopes of getting the night stand that matches my bed. Upon arrival(with my 50% off brochure in hand),I immediately noticed the night stand that I had come for .I was then told that the floor model was the only one left and that the price would be $375 for the floor model(wow that was their sale price). After laughing and leaving the store, I then decided to order it online(using my phone).while still in their parking lot. Among the two best priced were Top Drawer($187.00) and Amazon(193.00) both offering free shipping .I initially decided to order from Amazon because of their unusual ability to have items delivered pretty fast(even though their price for the item was not the cheapest. When I went to submit payment, the price had jumped up and additional$36.00.Even though free shipping was advertised it was not .It was then that I decided to go with Top Drawer(whom I had heard of but never did business with). I placed my order and the shipping actually was free.At this point, being totally unfamiliar with Top Drawer I was not expecting my nightstand to arrive until the following week.I placed my order that day at 2pm and to my disbelief my nightstand arrived the following day at 7pm(Wow even Amazon does not do that. I was so amazed at the price and quality of service that I decided to order another night stand for the other side of the bed on Thursday(2 days later).Yes to my amazement the second night stand arrived Friday(the following day, new in a box, already assembled just like the first one).So to sum things up I bought 2 brand new in a box nightstands from Top Drawer that were both delivered to my house the very next day after placing my order for basically the same price that one of their competitors was trying to sell me 1 scratched up display model for .Amazing!!!! Iam officially a customer for life!!”
