“The table is beautiful. I owned this before once. However, once unboxed, there were 2 scratches on the table. One on the top corner and one on the shelf. The outside packaging was superb so it was damaged prior to being placed inside. Very disappointed.”

“the table had a few screw holes which were crooked making it difficult to put together. One of the arm chairs was impossible to place arm on chair. A dowel was broken off and the screw holes were crooked and off center. So I am having to have only one chair with arms. I was unaware the articles were not put together. I had to hire someone to do this as the table was too heavy for me to lift (ie. 200#).”

“Took awhile to receive the item, it didn't fit correctly when I did get it. Initiated a return, and have to go through an interview process to get "permission" to return the item that isn't right. It's been a few days at this point since I've been waiting for a reply as to whether or not I'm allowed to return the item. I doubt I'll ever order from them again, but should you order and need to return it, I highly suggest just putting that you no longer need it, maybe you'll be allowed to return it.”

“My very expensive curio cabinet has a stain drip on the very front and it is so noticeable. I would return it if it didn’t weigh so much and so much trouble. Something that expensive should not look like that.”

“The customer service is good, but in order to get an update on the furniture, I has to call in because the company wasn't letting me knownthat it was taking a long time to get the furniture in. It would have been nice to have someone reach out to me so I'm aware of what's going on. Also, when I receive the furniture, the table had dents, the paint was scratched in several areas and cracks in the wood in a few places. Other than that , they were fine.”

“No communication regarding the order or when it was supposed to be delivered. Took a long time to get the card table. Very slow from time of order to delivery. Delivery truck had the wrong address as well.”

“The Artemis cabinet was delivered as a damaged product and very disappointing. One corner of the cabinet is pulled apart. The cabinet doesn’t set level because 2 of the legs didn’t have the “pads” the other two legs have. One door will not shut at all. I do not recommend Top Drawer or the manufacturer, Classic Home.”
“Company responded quickly and gave me direction- however, there was NO zipper as indicated and after we pulled a few staples up, we found that there still were no legs inside of the ottoman. This ottoman will not work for us without legs. I am quite frustrated with this product that was sent.”
“I ordered 2 of the Cottenburg nightstands. I am happy with the look as it perfectly fits in with my IKEA dresser. That said, both nightstands came damaged. I had to apply gorilla glue and additional screws to both in order to be able to use the nightstands. I was very disappointed and would have preferred the items came disassembled as it would have less like come as damaged as it did. If I were not handy, then I would have sent the nightstands back.”
