“The wood for the table top is quite thin. The slats have actually shrunk and developed a few cracks. I applied teak oil to prevent any more damage. Overall the table looks nice and I like dimensions. Relatively easy assembly. We added a large rectangle umbrella that looks nice and covers better than a standard round umbrella.”
“Got here in good time and delivery came iwth update calls along the way which is nice but the table arrived damaged with 1-2 knick on the table; small and really not that big of a deal but was slightly disappointing. Overall a well done delivery and a good price”
“My stools arrived with one that had a cracked top. Joan from customer service was quick to reply. I saved packaging tho king they would let me ship the damaged one back - I was informed that they wanted me to send both back even tho one was perfect. I could have managed one by myself but never both as they are heavy. I declined their offer for $20 because I couldn't get damaged one fixed for that amount and I'm hoping it won't get worse over time”

“My son had a little difficulty with the assembly on the 2nd chair, it was missing 2 pegs for each arm rests but it was stabilized by the bolts. At first the holes for the bolts to connect the seat and the back rest can’t be aligned but my husband fixed the problem. The chair is sturdy and the design goes very well with my sofa. I’m satisfied with my purchase!”
“The service was great I got the stuff on time , the desk was just ok , not the best quality . if you compare the high gloss products with ikea there is no comparison. If ikea had a similar desk I would have chosen ikea.”

“This bed frame is VERY sturdy. It took about 1 hour to put together. The instructions were fairly straight forward and it arrived in good condition. The hardest part of this transaction was the shipping. Top Drawer states products ship within 1-5 business days. After 8 days and no word and my card being charged for something that hadn’t shipped yet, I contacted Top Drawer who had to reach out to the manufacturer. It was finally shipped on day 12 and arrived 3 days later. Communication is everything.”
“I'm used to tracking my purchases online from the moment I submit my order. While Top Drawer does not provide that functionality, they were responsive to my inquiries.
My purchase was to complete a home refresh project - the single remaining item. A set delivery date was not issued at the time of purchase and that made me a bit anxious. I like to have my expectations set.
Instructions included with my purchase for reporting damages were from the manufacturer, not the seller and, it was affixed directly on the exterior of the box and were not clear. One of the nightstands was damaged. Had I purchased it in a store, I would never have selected a damaged item. It brings to questions the quality control efforts of the manufacturer. It seemed so complicated to pursue this so I just let it go.”
