I ordered this item 2 months ago and I have yet to receive it. A month after I placed this order I received an incorrect tracking number according to Top Drawer, 2 weeks later I received a tracking number that states the item is on its way to me. It's been more than 2 months later and I still haven't received my item.

Ordered a sectional. It was missing one of the pieces. It's been 2 weeks and still have not even shipped the missing piece. Will never order from top drawer furniture again. Awful customer service.

I’m very disappointed with a loveseat. Very poor workmanship and cheap material. Having a very hard time returning it. I will never buy from you again nor recommend you to anyone. The return policy is unheard off.

Horrible customer service. The table arrived with a cracked corner and leg which was not secure. Communications with customer service have been very slow, it's like they are hoping you will forget and not follow up. Do not buy from this company!

Unbelievable! A relatively uncomplicated product...steel bed frame, hardware kit to assemble the frame. Basically, TWO components to ship in the package and one is missing. We did NOT receive the hardware kit, nor have we as yet received it. We have communicated with various individuals, apparently representing different entities, including a final, seemingly definitive communique that indicated a Parts Kit would be sent posthaste. Well, I realize there are Supply Chain issues but I am beginning to doubt the veracity of this stated intent. We would have already returned this item, but alas, it came in a long cardboard box that was beat up and excessively taped (probably why the Parts Kit was missing) and not in suitable condition to return ship. I don't know if this will ever be resolved but sellers should know and accept responsibility for issues beyond just the collection of money. Our daughter's bedroom suite should have been set up nearly a month ago. Instead, we have a pile of scrap steel. If the parts kit is not received within this next week (I am excusing them for the July 4th Holiday) then I will seek a full CREDIT, have the seller make arrangements and pay for the item return (if they want it) and pursue other avenues of "social shaming" to make others aware of this utterly unacceptable circumstance (BBB, FTC, Consumer Complaint sites, etc.). Incredibly frustrating!

I ordered a directors chair. It came with intact box. Quality was HORRIBLE. Cracked wood on 2 parts of chair. Staining of wood was splotchy. Worst of all, the wooden dowels were cut for the grooves (to assemble), BUT no room was made for the fabric over the dowels-impossible to assemble. I wrote back to company-told they would get back. Never did after sending photos as requested

Not even sure why Top Drawer sent me this request for a review but since they did let me share that you SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT ORDER from this company! I have been waiting on an in stock couch for a month now, it still has not been delivered! I have been given nothing but a run around about where the couch I paid for is actually at, I have been given three different alleged tracking numbers, have been told I cancelled the order (I didn’t), that the couch was in their warehouse in CA, then it was in a warehouse in NC all in the same day! I had to notify my credit card company what was going on, still haven’t received the couch, so who knows if I will ever get it or not. So do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I never got my product! They say they shipped part of it. I pulled up my camera they were not here at all. I have no product still and its been 7 weeks since i purchased it

The quality is not top drawer the center piece of the table does not fit level in one corner and your return policy is poor.

The worst, I would have given this company a zero star review if possible. The order was sent to wrong address and then when it finally arrived it was broken and it had missing parts (it was obviously been put together by someone else and sent to me that way, a first time customer, so no quality control whatsoever). When I called about the issue I could never speak with a manager or supervisor, someone always answer the phone but all they do is rely the message as they have no power of making decisions. The whole situation quickly escalated and I just wanted a full refund, their policy states refund within 30 days, and nowhere it mentions the items that are not qualified for a refund, other wise I would have never bought the item. They tried to send me a new item but I had already purchased something else cause I was having guests that weekend ( it was a bed frame), that’s when I tried to get a full refund. In the end they only refunded $42.57 out of $104.48, they made me pay for the second item that was shipped to me, I refused the item when it arrived so they charged me for that shipping when in the first place I had not agreed to this resolution. It is their way or no way.

Our support team sprang into action when you first contacted us to let us know you received a message FedEx had delivered your package, but you couldn’t find the box. We immediately dispatched a replacement item to minimize any inconvenience caused. We understand the lost package eventually showed up a day or two later (but had suffered some shipping damage), and you also received the replacement a day or two thereafter in perfect condition. Because the products were subsequently returned for a reason of no longer needed/wanted, we pass along the cost we pay to the shipping carrier for the return shipping. My experience has been awful and a disappointment! I placed my order over a month ago, paid for it and you sent the wrong color item. We sent it back after much hassle from you send you many forms of proof. Finally I was sent a return label and I am still waiting for merchandise I originally ordered and have paid for !
