My shipment arrived damaged and with a key part missing that must have fallen out of the damaged box. I jerry-rigged it using my old supports to make it work. I later contacted Top Drawer Furniture to let them know and not ask for anything in return. I only wanted to let them know the packing used for shipping was not strong enough for the product being shipped. Shortly thereafter, I heard from Top Drawer Furniture and they were more responsive and accommodating than ever expected. They are truly a customer centric business. I will happily do business with them in the future. Ordering from them is not a risk like it is with so many other online companies. Well done Top Drawer Furniture!

There was some damage to my furniture when it was delivered. I sent a picture and note to customer service. They were quick with their response and sent choices as to how the problem could be corrected. CS was great to work with. I love my new furniture and the problem was resolved quickly.

I contacted them within 5 minutes of placing the order to cancel it, but they claim they couldn't. So I had to pay $50.00 to return it. Customer service is terrible and difficult to communicate with.

No communication regarding the order or when it was supposed to be delivered. Took a long time to get the card table. Very slow from time of order to delivery. Delivery truck had the wrong address as well.

The bed side tables exceeded my expectations. The coloring matched my current furniture perfectly. The quality of the product was far above my expectations. The tables are solid and well built.

The quality is not top drawer the center piece of the table does not fit level in one corner and your return policy is poor.

Two gentlemen showed up and carried a dresser and nightstand to the second floor, asked me where I wanted the furniture placed, put the legs on and the drawers in, and took away all the packaging. They were professional and courteous. Great experience!

I placed the order with Top Drawer on April 21st and my furniture was delivered June 4th. So in our country today that is pretty quick. Communication with the Warehouse Delivery people at times was difficult to hear and understand the person I was speaking to but things worked out well. The two men who actually delivered my furniture were great. So overall our experience was VERY GOOD and we would order with Top Drawer Furniture. I think patience is the key to living now (post pandemic)

My experience has been awful and a disappointment! I placed my order over a month ago, paid for it and you sent the wrong color item. We sent it back after much hassle from you send you many forms of proof. Finally I was sent a return label and I am still waiting for merchandise I originally ordered and have paid for !
