Unbelievable! A relatively uncomplicated product...steel bed frame, hardware kit to assemble the frame. Basically, TWO components to ship in the package and one is missing. We did NOT receive the hardware kit, nor have we as yet received it. We have communicated with various individuals, apparently representing different entities, including a final, seemingly definitive communique that indicated a Parts Kit would be sent posthaste. Well, I realize there are Supply Chain issues but I am beginning to doubt the veracity of this stated intent. We would have already returned this item, but alas, it came in a long cardboard box that was beat up and excessively taped (probably why the Parts Kit was missing) and not in suitable condition to return ship. I don't know if this will ever be resolved but sellers should know and accept responsibility for issues beyond just the collection of money. Our daughter's bedroom suite should have been set up nearly a month ago. Instead, we have a pile of scrap steel. If the parts kit is not received within this next week (I am excusing them for the July 4th Holiday) then I will seek a full CREDIT, have the seller make arrangements and pay for the item return (if they want it) and pursue other avenues of "social shaming" to make others aware of this utterly unacceptable circumstance (BBB, FTC, Consumer Complaint sites, etc.). Incredibly frustrating!

Got here in good time and delivery came iwth update calls along the way which is nice but the table arrived damaged with 1-2 knick on the table; small and really not that big of a deal but was slightly disappointing. Overall a well done delivery and a good price

The table is beautiful. I owned this before once. However, once unboxed, there were 2 scratches on the table. One on the top corner and one on the shelf. The outside packaging was superb so it was damaged prior to being placed inside. Very disappointed.

Service was very professional, helpful and efficient. It was completed in a timely manner with good communication. I was able to track delivery on my phone and received a call during this time & upon arrival at my condo.

This cushion is very thin and floppy. It sags at the top and it’s not quite wide enough, although I measured before ordering.

I ordered a directors chair. It came with intact box. Quality was HORRIBLE. Cracked wood on 2 parts of chair. Staining of wood was splotchy. Worst of all, the wooden dowels were cut for the grooves (to assemble), BUT no room was made for the fabric over the dowels-impossible to assemble. I wrote back to company-told they would get back. Never did after sending photos as requested

the table had a few screw holes which were crooked making it difficult to put together. One of the arm chairs was impossible to place arm on chair. A dowel was broken off and the screw holes were crooked and off center. So I am having to have only one chair with arms. I was unaware the articles were not put together. I had to hire someone to do this as the table was too heavy for me to lift (ie. 200#).

Nice looking table, but very light weight compared to my older tables. Don't think it will hold up an umbrella or I can put any weight on it. I would like a heavy-duty white plastic table.

My stools arrived with one that had a cracked top. Joan from customer service was quick to reply. I saved packaging tho king they would let me ship the damaged one back - I was informed that they wanted me to send both back even tho one was perfect. I could have managed one by myself but never both as they are heavy. I declined their offer for $20 because I couldn't get damaged one fixed for that amount and I'm hoping it won't get worse over time

Not even sure why Top Drawer sent me this request for a review but since they did let me share that you SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT ORDER from this company! I have been waiting on an in stock couch for a month now, it still has not been delivered! I have been given nothing but a run around about where the couch I paid for is actually at, I have been given three different alleged tracking numbers, have been told I cancelled the order (I didn’t), that the couch was in their warehouse in CA, then it was in a warehouse in NC all in the same day! I had to notify my credit card company what was going on, still haven’t received the couch, so who knows if I will ever get it or not. So do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This was by far the nicest replacement canopy I have bought for my gazebo! Great fabric quality , lots of velcro straps and grommet holes to drain the rain.. Fits like a glove also!
