Very happy with my small twin mattress for my cargo trailer conversion project. Customer service was great, the mattress arrived on time and sleeps good too. No complaints.

Furniture was delivered on the timeline that was promised. furniture arrived it was placed in the space. the delivery men were considerate when handling the boxes. Notice that the screws were missing for the mirror. called customer service and it was mailed within days.

Arrived as expected. I will say I was a bit hesitant when I saw how beat up the box was but once I opened it, it was all good. The packing protected it from all the pokes it had.

My very expensive curio cabinet has a stain drip on the very front and it is so noticeable. I would return it if it didn’t weigh so much and so much trouble. Something that expensive should not look like that.

None of the legs were completely strained. Extremely poor job. Plus one the receptors that the legs screw into were off and the top of the leg or what should be the base for the sofa sticks out beyond the sofa. The craftsmanship was poor and not worth the price. Warning! Although TD responded to my message that is as far as it went. No resolution acheived - customer service poor.

Not happy that I purchased this palm tree and I never received it because they said it was damaged , but they also said that it came to my address and I refused it but I did not ever get it. I did get a refund but I still wonder if you ever even had this item and all this is made up story. I never received any pictures showing the damaged tree . Which I would of thought you would of sent me this to prove it was actually damaged . Bad business in my mind to advertise a nice product that I really wanted.

We received a notification from UPS that the package was damaged in transit and they discarded most of it without giving us any photos. We want nothing more than for you to receive your palm tree, but unfortunately, there were no more in stock so we issued a full refund. The customer service is good, but in order to get an update on the furniture, I has to call in because the company wasn't letting me knownthat it was taking a long time to get the furniture in. It would have been nice to have someone reach out to me so I'm aware of what's going on. Also, when I receive the furniture, the table had dents, the paint was scratched in several areas and cracks in the wood in a few places. Other than that , they were fine.

I contacted them within 5 minutes of placing the order to cancel it, but they claim they couldn't. So I had to pay $50.00 to return it. Customer service is terrible and difficult to communicate with.

My shipment arrived damaged and with a key part missing that must have fallen out of the damaged box. I jerry-rigged it using my old supports to make it work. I later contacted Top Drawer Furniture to let them know and not ask for anything in return. I only wanted to let them know the packing used for shipping was not strong enough for the product being shipped. Shortly thereafter, I heard from Top Drawer Furniture and they were more responsive and accommodating than ever expected. They are truly a customer centric business. I will happily do business with them in the future. Ordering from them is not a risk like it is with so many other online companies. Well done Top Drawer Furniture!

will never buy another item from top drawer took me hunting down there office for an order number that was 10 days. they took my money the moment I placed order march 5th for my couch. they never sent eta of my couch it is now april they are blaming manufacturer,the trucking company.couch was to be at my address no longer than 2 to 5 weeks from date they took my money have no clue when I will see my couch to this day
