The order was split without any confirmation of this happening. I ordered 4 chairs (2 sets of 2), hence a quantity of 2 for the purchase. The first half of the shipment arrived in record time, but then that was it. The email sent stated the delivery confirmation for the order but we were still out 2 additional chairs. I emailed the company but received no feedback.
The second half of the shipment came the following day and the box was completely mangled. The box was torn and tape wasn’t in place. Holes in box allowed the assembly hardware to escape the box in transit. I had to go to Lowe’s the next day with bolts, washers, and a leg from the chairs to find furniture hardware. After spending an additional $15 on the hardware the furniture was finally assembled.
