The balloon wasn't on a stick it was jammed in the bag, this delivery which I paid almost $200 for was just left outside the door without confirmation of receipt. “They don't deliver on the date you specified, and the flowers are super small. Yesterday they were supposed to deliver to my 103 grandmother at the old folks home, and they ended up delivering to the wrong bed, and someone else took the flowers. After explaining to customer service, they gave me generic answers, saying that it is in their fine print to change the date or product without notice. And basically, customer service will not help you.”
