“DON'T PURCHASE! I ordered flowers for mothers day ($100 order), they came in a day earlier even though I paid for delivery for a specific day (mother's day). I called their support team, they were pretty rude and said they have a disclaimer on their website that they will ship out mothers day flowers earlier because of the volume. The disclaimer they are referring to is a small banner at the top of their page on the 5th slide. It doesn't say it anywhere during checkout or on the product listings. Regardless, I wouldn't have been so upset if the flowers showed up as described. I paid $100 for flowers that came with no wrapping paper. The flowers were just taped together and thrown in a box, even though the product description says they will be wrapped with a ribbon. The card that comes with the flowers was also glued to the box making it impossible to take off without it ripping. I expressed my concerns with calmly and sent pictures and they are denying me a refund, not sure what else to do.”
“Actual POS company. Will not ever honor your delivery day and when you talk to customer service for some kind of recompense they do not GAF at all. Will also try and guilt you into feeling like a bad person for wanting your money back, crazy logic.”
“If I could give 0 stars I would! This was the most disappointing gift I send my mom for Mother’s Day. I live overseas and she loves smoked salmon so I looked for hours for a company that includes it in their gift basket found it on Toronto blooms. They delivered BEEF JERKY instead of smoked salmon and used an excuse that they’re allowed to as it in their terms and conditions. Wish I had read their reviews, I never would’ve bought from this money hungry business that has no customer care skills.”
“Avoid this delivery service at all costs! Took my money, never delivered the flowers, and ignored all attempts to contact them. Absolutely unacceptable!”
“Dont even want to score them. Ruin an occasion and thinks it fine. DONT buy from this place, exploiting people and bad quality product and they think its fine and come up with loads of BS.”
“Very bad service, the flowers ordered couldn't get delivered and the refund is really funny 30% of the amount paid.
I wouldn't suggest this to anyone”
“Awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY! You will NOT receive what you paid for!!! The gross incompetence is mind blowing. The fine print is that they reserve the right to substitute as they need with no warning. They stole my money and delivered the cheapest possible items. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!”
“SCAMMERS!!! I ordered flowers and made cancellation 4 hours after that, but they never gave me my money back (61$)! More over next night my bank noticed me that same shop charged me again 66.67$ at 4am with no reason.
We called and texted to their manager Stella Marie and she responded only that they won’t give my money back in a super rude way!”
“Crappy Crappy service on both ends ordered on the 26th tor delivery today , was very specific office closes at 2pm , yet nothing has been delivered. Emailed and called to be told I they don’t know when it will be delivered, smh what sort of business is this - can’t even get a refund this is bs , don’t use this service it’s horrible!!!!”
“So my sisters birthday was March 23 rd I sent her flours plus fruit basket they charged same day fee and they never delivered I got an email next day saying it was shipped my sister never got it finally I asked for a refund they are not professional at all and I would not order from them again or recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money or time find another florist who can deliver.”
“Very unprofessional, I never received my item, never was I compensated. I was sent long write up about company policy. I tried several times to post a review and they refused to upload it.”
“Worst gift ordering company I have ever done business with.
When I placed my order, I entered the delivery date, paid extra for that. When I entered my credit card info, the delivery date automatically changed to my billing address. I sent an email with the correct address and delivery date. I received a phone call and text from another company stating that my delivery to my billing address was scheduled for later that day (same day i ordered), which was the wrong date. I decided to call the customer service line. The rep was probably 12 years old and confirmed the information 3X, including the delivery date, name and address.
My daughter still got her birthday treats 3 days early!!!”
“The worst customer service I've ever experienced. One attempt to deliver flowers and when my friend wasn't home, they marked it as failed. When I reached out to see what my options were, it was lofty deliver fee to try again or partial refund $49 of the $120. After having an awful back and forth where they made it so hard to do a redelivery, I had to go with the partial refund option. Spent $70 to have a terrible experience and ended up having to buy flowers elsewhere.”
“TERRIBLE SERVICE! They left flowers in delivery over the weekend.. SO DISAPPOINTED. They should not provide options for one business day on Friday because it means they sent out flowers on Friday and they arrive at the destination on Monday... disappointing. the instructions and options are so unclear!!”
“Missed valentines day delivery because they didnt call. Charged excessively for delivery ($300+) then charged $60 for redelivery fee.
Did not complete redelivery, and did not offer any refund.”
“Awful. Do not use. They allowed me to pick the same day for delivery and it wasn’t delivered until the next day at nearly 5pm. When I emailed customer service they said their website said same-day orders need to be in before 11. So why was I able to choose same day? And why was it so late the next day? Rude and unhelpful customer service.”
“I did not get what I ordered. They said it’s pink I say it’s peachy blush and definitely not what was pictured. When you try to get a hold of them the number is not in service and it seems like you’re talking to an automated email who spits out these ridiculous condescending, passive aggressive responses.”
