“I was looking for new flush grease fittings for the front drive shaft of my 1978 Jeep. I had looked in all the local auto part stores and on the internet a couple of times with no luck. Ran across Torque kings website. They had the fittings pictured with the thread count. Ordered my needed parts with a big smile! I paid for the economy shipping. Next day I was working in the yard when a Fed-Ex van pulled in the drive with my parts! Great service Torque King. I could use a Torque King T shirt in a large or extra large if you have a spare one! “at first i was very unhappy i called gave the guy my info and he was to return my call with a price quote the next day. but never called me back after four and half weeks i called back talked to same guy and had to start over again and still no part after three more days waiting for this guy.so finally i called back and told this same man i wanted to speak to someone who would do there job and sale me parts. it shouldnt take now 5 plus weeks to check on a part and still havent found out anything from him. he waa very unprofessional sounded like he was half asleep every time he answered the phone. made it clear he didnt want to be there at all and deff not deal with paying customers. i finally got in touch with a man named rich i gave him my info and within 10 minutes he gave me a price i called him back the next day to order the rear diff assembly he took my order and it was dont the item actually arrived about 4 days earlier then i was exspecting it to. so for the company in general i give it a d- due to the fact there allowing there employess to do customers the way i was done and wasted over 5 weeks waiting on a part that still hadnt been ordered or even givien a price for. this guy should not be able to remain an employee at this company i wish i could remember his name but he was a bad look for the company. but as for rich i give him an a+ he took my order got me a price with in minutes and when i called back to order it he took care of that also without any issues at all. so yes rich was a great help and asset to this transaction and is a great asset to the company. i own an automotive service center and ended up setting up a commercial account after dealing with rich. but i deff would not have from my exsperiance with the other guy.”
