“We have made two separate purchases for the correct part and even called to make sure we were getting the correct part and still haven’t received it after making several phone calls and two purchases later and have not received an email or phone call to get the situation handled.”

“Well, to start off the parts I ordered, they had. Then 2 weeks later, after I had not got them yet. They told me that they were out of stock. So I wanted to refund and another 2 weeks later. I finally got the refund so yeah, I more than likely will never use torque.King again”

“I gave a measurement ID and the item they sold me was wrong ID, I think the person do not understand the measurement. I want a refund but no one emailed me to resolve my situation. I do not think they care, communication with me is bad they do not respond to my questions”
