“Quality of parts appears excellent. Install tools with kit are excellent. Took 12 days from order placment to receipt to my home. Seems excessive. FedEx left my shipment in their facility or on their trucks for 3 days according to tracking. Stated delivery day was changed when it was not. Great products - seemingly slow service - not helped by FedEx seeming misbehavoir and lack of execution.”

“The gasket I ordered was not correct. I needed the gasket for 2013 Ram 25-3500 fwd disconnect/ actuator cover. I received a cork gasket that is completely different. Not sure if I ordered the incorrect part or it is listed incorrectly. Would like to return so it could be of some use to someone.”

“As the owner of a 65 Chevy K20 I appreciate you being one of the few companies out there to take providing parts for these old 4x4's seriously. I have used you in the past and highly recommend you to others. That said, I was disappointed with one of the bearings I purchased for my T221 transfer case. I had called to make sure they would be quality USA or Japanes sourced, and that the critical input shaft bearings would have the important shield on one side. I was assured this would be the case. When my order came, one was correct, but the other, while USA made, had no shield. When I called I was told they "probably" weren't made anymore. I pointed out I had been told otherwise when I ordered it, and the website picture clearly showed the correct one. I also pointed out that failure of this bearings is what kills most of this particular case, and was not going to waste my time and money doing it wrong. After a bit, he said a new one would be shipped immediately. As promised it arrived in just a couple days, but unfortunately was made in China, and the shield was some sort of plastic material, which I didn't think would stand up to the VERY high heat this box unfortunately runs at. I was on a very tight time schedule, so had to source an acceptable part locally. I wish you had been upfront from the beginning about what was available. I understand parts for this old stuff can be a challenge, but would have appreciated knowing what my options were when I first called. Your service and advice has always been very good in the past, and your website extremely helpful, so I hope this was a onetime lapse and you can continue to fill this important niche in the old truck hobby Thanks Tom Monroe”

“The PTO cover plates I ordered were exactly what I was looking for and showed up in the most timely fashion I've ever seen. BUT. I was looking for a part for a transfer case, called your number a few times, finally left a message with my name and phone number.
