“Parts worked great and the only place I could find them available! My only issue was the price of shipping was way more than I should have been for the part. There is no reason to charge $15 for usps for an item no bigger than your palm. There is a minimum $10 markup just on the shipping. Also the payment process of charging 2 different charges, 1 before shipping and then another including shipping is inconvenient because the pre shipping payment funds are then on hold until they get put back in the account.”

“Quality of parts appears excellent. Install tools with kit are excellent. Took 12 days from order placment to receipt to my home. Seems excessive. FedEx left my shipment in their facility or on their trucks for 3 days according to tracking. Stated delivery day was changed when it was not. Great products - seemingly slow service - not helped by FedEx seeming misbehavoir and lack of execution.”
