“I am happy with the product, my only complaint is with the FedEx delivery. The package sat for three days at the local Fed Ex terminal before delivery. Not something that you folks can control but you might want to see if that is a common occurrence. Thank you.”

“My rear output shaft retainer clip broke on my 1994 Chevy transfer case. I ended up ordering the two piece case saver collar. It came fast and fit perfect. With that said I couldn't find the correct stock clip replacement on their website for the NP 241c tc. All in all I'm glad I got the case saver collar for the peace of mind.”

“Part took a bit to get here but can't argue with free shipping. Part was exactly as described and the description was more detailed than most sites which for me is a huge plus, I tend to always need the odd ball part. I'd definitely order from them again”

“I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THE COMPLETE EXPERIENCE OTHER THAN THE NEEDLE BEARINGS INSIDE THE THREADED END OF THE SHIFTER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY WERE LOCKED UP AND WOULD NOT TURN. ROY WITH 4X4 SUGGESTED TO SPRAY WD40 AND USE A PICK TO GET THE BEARING FREE AND WORKING. MY MECHANIC STILL TINKERED WITH FOR 30 MINUTES TO GET TO WORK. PARTS SHOULD NOT BE SHIPPED TO CUSTOMERS THAT ARE DEFECTIVE OR HAVE TO WORK ON THEM IN ORDER TO GET THEM TO WORK PROPERLY. THANKS, BILL L,”
