“Parts (spindle gaskets) were ok. Shipping time and cost was way out there. Maybe torque king will get better as time goes by. It cost the same amount for the parts as it did to ship them. 2 Gaskets that together weighted less than an oz. apiece. $ 13.74 for parts and $ 12.15 to ship.”

“Their website is good and they do have good parts, but the staff that answers parts questions when you call, as is the case with most companies nowadays is marginal at best. I would do business with them again.”

“the kit worked great but th cup used to install the lower ball joint was just a bit to big if you are not careful it will peel the outside edge of the ball joint”

“Transaction was seamless, products arrived in timely fashion. My only concern is that the Roxor fuel filters I ordered were not in OEM style packaging. Just the filter and lid o-ring in a ziploc bag, no Mahindra box or anything. Perfect fit and finish on the filter and ring install took 5 minutes. Will order again from Torque King, especially since they are only 3 1/2 hrs drive from my residence based in Billings, MT. Product packaging is reason why the 4 stars.”

“My only real complaint is that I wish you guys would provide more actual real part numbers in your listings, instead of only providing your in-house Torque King numbers. I don't want to have to email you guys every time I'm trying to cross-match something or research a part's specs, feedback, or origins. Given how your website prevents right-clicking and highlighting text, I'm assuming you guys are trying to prevent people from Googling part numbers and buying them elsewhere.”

“Shipping takes a long time. I don't remember the system used, but it took a while from MT to PA. Didn't really matter, I'm not quite ready to install them yet. The parts look great.”

“They had the parts I needed and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time, though not exactly when they were supposed to, but I suspect that was an issue with USPS not Torque King 4X4. I would certainly recommend them and make future purchased from them.”

“Positives: TK has excellent information and selection of items. Negatives: manufacturer part numbers and brands are concealed, they use their own numbering system. It makes it difficult to cross reference. I suppose they do this because their selection is greater but their prices are higher and they don’t want people using their information then going elsewhere for a lower cost same part.”

“The young man that assisted me with my order was very knowledgeable of the product that I needed. He was very nice to speak with. He also offered me choices on shipping, of which I chose expedited shipping with UPS. However I did not receive expedited delivery. I called UPS and they said that it was the shippers fault. Then when I called Torque King I was told that it was the fault of UPS. Moral of the story, dont pay for what you dont get....”
