“Everything seemed good except for the shift fork casting design was a bit off. There was an area of the lower arm that was slightly thicker than the factory dodge shift fork which caused a big problem. This caused the shift fork arm to hit and bind up hard against the idler shaft gear”

“Parts were great quality. Getting the right parts took to long. Some of that was my inexperience but I gave the s/n to them and was still sent the wrong bearing twice. I’m thankful for getting the right one and the friendly phone conversation with them. They made it right. Just the delay was costly to my business.”

“For hardcore parts Torque King is the place to shop. My only issue is the tool I purchased (inner axle seal installer) came with a set of seals, which wasn’t mentioned in the catalog. I also purchased seals, which I ended up keeping because they came with hub bolts. I ended up modifying the tool as well.”

“Good part, only live 190 miles away. Part has to go to another state to get to me. They only delivery by ground, so what is it with shipping it to me within state.”

not sure if you replied to the wrong review or not, the part didn't leave the state it went straight to you via FedEx 2nd Day per your request. Part was ordered on the 10th and delivered on the 12th, ordering it via ground would have been cheaper and a day faster (typically)

“Very nicely made tool. Would have been nice if it told you in the beginning that it only worked with factory seals. I did get it to work with a national seal fine. And it would be nice if you said you had to remove the inner axle shaft to use the tool.”

“Based on my last purchase the shipping timeline was pathetic. Took about 3 weeks to get the parts from Montana to South Dakota. Will I order again?? Yes but I will be expecting better shipping than I got this time. All previous items I gotten were as expected and so hopefully was a freak shipping moment. I do appreciate your products.”
