“Slinger could have been a little snugger. Had to slather red loctite on it pretty good to get it to stay in place. Could have been that the stub shaft was worn down a bit also after sandblasting. I do like the heavy guqge material the slinger is made of though. Rugged.”

“The installation tool is top notch . I received one correct axel seal and one incorrect axel seal . I called and they overnighted the correct seal . Was very pleased to receive the correct one so fast”

“Everything was fine, however, the CD case was broken Beyond repair causing scratching on the Paper insert. Maybe they could use something stronger than cardboard to ship the CD maybe plastic. For the price you like to have something that not broken or scratched that you cannot read. The CD works great and I am very happy with it.”

“Torque King is doing ok but I am having big issues with FedEx Ground. The package should have been delivered last Thursday, even with Labor Day. The package is, however, sitting in a trailer in their Roseville, CA depot. It arrived last Wednesday. Today is Saturday. It will not be unloaded for at least three more days! I have heard of FedEx Ground having delay problems at depots across the country but this is the worse I have encountered. A package shipped by Torque King via UPS arrived in a timely fashion. FedEx Ground needs to add 4-5 days to their computer generated delivery schedule. They will report that your package will be delivered on a certain date and then drop the delivery date with just a pending "status" late on the day scheduled for delivery. This is a FedEx management problem.”
