“The glass was very nice for my 2004 Lopi Endeavor wood stove and despite what I thought was inadequate packing, but it was not, the glass arrived in one piece. I give that a (5). The price was resonable also. My problem was that I asked for a gasket for my installation and was given the wrong type and size. My stove needed a 1/4” rope gasket to go in the channel in the door retainer and not have the flat gasket I was sent, and told to wrap around the edge and both sides of the glass. This resulted in the retaining clips setting at an angle and not flush with the glass and the door retainer did not set in the door frame correctly to finish the replacement of the glass in the door. This cost me time and extra money and a cold house for a week before I was able to get the correct gasket. There are a-lot of different wood stoves out there, but all glass installations are not the same. So buyer beware and trust your instincts (because I had replaced the glass a few years ago and had done it correctly then, but went with what I was told was “correct” this time) Know what you need and don’t assume the sellers do. I give this a (1) I thought it would take a couple of days to get the glass, but it was about a week.”

Sandy, you ordered the flat tape gasket, so that is what was sent. Not sure of the issue with the packaging? It is rapped in foam and in a heavy box. As far a shipping time, your order was ordered the evening of the 4th and shipped on the 5th? You selected free ground shipping....and sorry in December x-mas season packages move slower than normal.
