“An excellent experience from the very 1st call, to placing my order then to receive the item. Your staff was prompt in taking my call, was extremely helpful in explaining the difference in the type of glass that I may need for my project, placing my order was easy and the item which was packaged safely arrived on time. “Custom glass fit perfectly. I would have liked to have had the option of a gasket added to my initial order. No one suggested that I order it, and I had the impression that gaskets were shipped automatically with the glass. As it turns out, I probaby don't need the gasket, but I would have chosen to have it shipped w/ initial order, if I had been advised that it was not included. If I had ordered it afterwards, I would have had to pay $10 in shipping.”

“WOW! They have every size you can think of. It was hard to find at first however, just put in the right information and I would bet they have what you need. I just measured the door but, I got it wrong so, when it arrived it was the wrong size. The company was very understanding and a replacement is now on the way. Thank you.”

“I ordered Buck Stove baffles, ours requires 2 smaller ones, by matching the stove model # with the baffles. Both came well packaged and expediently. The price was reasonable after comparing it with other stores and types. Watched a few YouTube videos, as well as the one on the website on how to install. Simple enough. They are helping to keep the room warm as we speak. Thank you!”
