“We live out of town and when we noticed a crack in our wood stove glass, it was great to be able to order the glass online and get it delivered so quickly. It was easy to figure out what size and glass width we should order by using the site. The glass was shipped out quickly, arrived quickly and was packaged very well. We followed the directions on installation (DO NOT screw glass in too tightly) and the operation was a success. We are very pleased with how convenient and helpful the process was and will use this company again in the future for our wood stove needs.”

Ryan, Sorry this happened. That is a symptom of the glass not being installed correctly. Usually from over tightening the bracket screws. We cannot guarantee glass against breakage, there is no way for us to control the installation process. We do offer a one time replacement at half price if you are interested in taking advantage of this offer. We have instructions on the website in the information area.

“I ordered glass for my wood stove , not knowing how long it would take. I called and they said it would take time then to ship it I figured would be long because I live in upstate ny in the Adirondacks. My order was sent earlier than expected to my surprise and I’m glad it’s below zero.., thank you this was a great help!!! Tried to do business locally to support close but didn’t get the time of day.. highly recommend this business!!! Thank you again!!”

“Shipped fast! I'm building a small tent stove out of a 30 lb propane tank and wanted a small round window to put in the door. They made exactly what I needed and shipped it extremely fast. I accidentally broke the first one "my fault" so I ordered another one, that one was also made and shipped very fast! Thank you!”

“I had two big cracks in my last 3/8" Jotul woodstove glass. But the glass was intact, so I ordered a new one from Woodstove Fireplace Glass and placed it next to (inside) the cracked glass window. Now I have a strong 3/4" thick double pane window. I cleaned up the old one before installing the new one right next to it, and the window is crystal clear. I really like having the extra thick glass. I think it would be nice to be able to order at least a 1/2" thick pane... jus' sayin'.”

“Our glass door window was very easy to Install on our stove. I ordered the replacement and three days later we received it! We were so thankful because a big storm was headed our way. We use our Vermont Casting Stove for primary heat in our home. I would definitely would purchase again from this company! Susie-Colorado”
