It sounds like an installation issue. Did you watch the installation video in your order link. This sounds like the symptom of the glass being installed too tightly with no gasket. Mike

“Short instructions for gluing in the door gasket would've saved another shipment. The first one was flattened and I may have been able to make it round and glue in narrow side down if I'd appreciated it wasn't going to work flat ways. But a new one was shipped immediately, and both arrived in a day of two - amazing service.”
